12 Days of Christmas Pan
Start a family tradition with the 12 Days of Christmas Pan. Make Christmas chocolate candy, bar cookies, or shortbread. A beautifully designed image representing a verse for the song is deeply cut into each of the 12 mold squares. The edge of the pan is imprinted with the words of the famous Christmas carol. The pan is pretty enough to display as part of your holiday decor. Made of cast aluminum with non-stick coating for easy release and quick clean up. 14” x 5-3/4” x 1-1/3” deep. Dishwasher safe. It was a snap to make STUNNING molded chocolates with this pan. In only a few minutes I had a lovely holiday goodie that people swore couldn't have made in a home kitchen. I just followed the simple directions that came with the pan and had no trouble molding and unmolding the chocolate.

So I have gotten a chance to use this pan. One thing I would defiantly not recommend using this for: FUDGE. I thought it would be really cool to hand out fudge with the imprint on it....didn’t turn out well at ALL. I actually ended up scratching the metal sides of the pan permanently trying to get it out. So make sure you don’t use metal utensils on this pan. And with the fudge it was impossible to clean out all the little nooks and crannies. But the pieces that I was able to get out came out really nice with the imprint on them. I still haven’t used it for regular chocolate yet but I bought some the other day and I’m sure it will turn out just fine!

I know the measurments for the pan are given but it is a LOT small than i though. it is nice and heavy and looks amazing. i havent used it yet so i cant comment on the the ease of cleaning.
