Now you have a choice of 3 styles for finishing your gum paste flowers. Choose the elegant pearl, the iridescent glitter, or the softer fluffy stamen for your flower. Just pipe a dot of icing for your flower center, cut stamens to desired size, insert and let dry. Package includes 60 each in pearl, glitter and fluffy styles. You may tint the stamens (except pearl) with icing colors added to vanilla extract. 2-1/2” long with stamen on each end. Wilton.

These assorted stamen give flowers an extra touch of reality. Some of them look so real, while the pearl ones look so elegant - especially on wedding cakes.
