I have had this pan for several years and love it! It makes the cutest sand castle -- I leave it unfrosted and surround it with brown sugar "sand" and chocolate molded seashells. I recently turned into a more traditional looking castle by icing it with chocolate buttercream in a basket weave type pattern to accentuate the brick work -- I then added turrets made out of sugar ice cream cones that I covered with fondant -- too cute!!
