Almond Cake Pan and Tray

Create a delicious Scandinavian delicacy for the holidays. This specially designed nonstick baking pan creates the classic almond cake recognized by its classic curved, ridged shape. The ribbed top makes slicing a “piece of cake”. Top off the cake with icing and almonds or confectionery icing. Almond cake pan (also called Rehrücken pan) is 12” long x 4-1/2” across x 1-3/4” deep, 6-cup capacity. Recipe included.
