The Better Baker Gourmet Bowl Makers
Bake edible bowls for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Create fruit-filled cinnamon pancakes, berry-filled shortcake filled, cornbread filled with bean soup, or an ice ring for shrimp cocktail. Better yet, how about a chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse? The ideas are endless. Pan is non-stick heavy carbon coated steel construction for even baking and creates six molds that are 3” dia. and 3 3/4” tall. Idea booklet included.

I used a Betty Crocker Vanilla Super Moist Cake Mix...and it made 10 mini cakes. I bought the (6 Cavities) pan. I used PAM spray and sprayed the pans well. I baked them on the center rack in the oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes...removed from oven and cooled for 10 minutes...then carefully tapped them out. Everyone of them came out with no breakage or sticking. I was very pleased. I filled the cavity with ice cream.~~~then I made a Zig-Zag using "Fox's u-bet Original Chocolate Flavor Syrup" on each clear-glass plate~~placed the filled cupcake on the plate~~Zig-Zag a little more of the syrup on top~~then (using a #22 decorating tip; and filling the pastry bag with white "Whipped Cream -Cheese" frosting) I piped the stars around the top of the mini cakes...and put a tiny dot of choc. frosting in the center of each star...sprinkled the whole thing with powdered sugar~~~WOW !! Everyone was impressed!! Can't wait to try more things using this 6-cavity baking pan. Hope you will enjoy it, too. TJ

I absolutely love these pans. I have them in both sizes and think they're perfect when you want to do individual desserts. So far I've only used them when baking cakes. I plan to use them when I have parties to make ice holders for the shrimp and when I make strawberry shortcake (fill with whipped cream and strawberries), meat loaf (fill with mashed potatoes and gravy), cornbread (fill with chili and cheese) and many other desserts. Your options are endless with these bakers.
