As another reviewer noted, this rack is well made and sturdy. We have two -- one for the kitchen and one for the freezer. We vacuum seal lots of meats and fruits for freezing, and prefer keeping the bags in a flat position until the contents are frozen. With berries,and even meats such as chops and other cuts, they need a truly flat surface until the contents freeze. This rack is perfect and the three shelves allow multiple packages spaced evenly apart for quick freezing. Once frozen the packages can then be stored on edge or flat, saving precious freezer space. A great product at a very reasonable price.

I found the oven rack to be most convenient and helpful. It is very sturdy and can be folded for storage. However, I use them in my upright freezer to hold the fresh fruit pies that I bake duriing the season.
They save a lot of space and keep the pies from getting crushed
