this pan, although it looks durable, is not. I've tried cooking things at 450 degrees, but the pan warps. Then when you remove it from the oven, it buckles and the food flies on the floor. I've returned this pan twice, and it still has problems. If you want your food to be like a tossed pizza, buy it. If not, then don't.
