Cuts down work big time

This has been a great addition to my tools for canning. It greatly cuts down the work of peeling and straining for many items. Putting the fruit through multiple times takes care of the issue of not extracting all of the pulp. Get the additional screens/screw set available too for grapes, salsa and pumpkin.

Great tool for tomatoes and apples. Put fruit through multiple times to extract maximum pulp. Optional screen/screw set is great for grapes and salsa.

I think the concept is great, and it really does do well to take out the seeds and tomato peel, but you also lose alot of the pulp. The assembly instructions are not very clear, its difficult to get it to stick to your countertop.
