I have more of a question than a rating and comment. How much of this product is one supposed to use? Is it used in equal amounts to vanilla or almond extract?

I was enticed by the description of this flavoring and being a lover of cake decorating with buttercream and not that horrible fondant, I gave the mystery flavoring a try. I love it! It is truly different and you will not be able to put your finger on the ingredients. It will make your buttercream really special and your guests will come back for more! It is also great in your cookie recipes! Thanks Kitchen Krafts!

I don't know what's in it, but it sure is interesting. It tastes like vanilla, almond, and a hint of artificial cherry. It's pretty good, but it does leave a bit of an aftertaste...like store-bought cookies.
