My new kitchen essential!

I added this to my holiday cookie recipies. All of them. I added it in addition to the other flavoring and spices called for. Wow! It adds the perfect bakery flavor. I highly recommend it!

I use a few drops in all my baking. It adds a gentle boost to your other flavors. And I love that people are always trying to guess my "secret ingredient" !

Very good in frostings also in pound cakes. But be careful not to use to much, it can be a bit overwhelming.

Creme Bouquet

My husbands' mother loved to cook with this vanilla substitute and now i use it in many of her icing & frosting recipes. We all like the flavor (slighlty citrus/almond). I have heard other people use it alongside of vanilla but I like the bright white color it leaves your icing instead of the dull color of the brown vanilla.
