Great For Low Fat Baking

I have been using this butter flavor for years, and it has helped me adapt many recipes by replacing melted butter with canola oil and 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of butter flavor. If you use a tiny amount, you will get the butter flavor without an artificial taste. If I had not found this flavor, I would be stuck with supermarket artificial butter flavor which is quite horrible. This means a lot to me since I often have to reduce the amount of butter in a recipe and I do not want to lose a real butter flavor. This is great for families watching their cholesterol.

I used to own a bakery and avoided such things. I kept seeing this product in the catalogue and decided, "What the heck?" Just AWFUL!! Gave the product a nasty chemical taste which isn't surprising as it contains propylene glycol which is a poison. I threw it and the cookies out (even the squirrels wouldn't touch them!)

I have used this butter flavoring for a couple of years now and whenever I make cookies or cakes people ask for the recipe and I tell them they must have this butter flavoring.
