The Absolute Best

As a former Sales Manager for Merckens, I can attest to the superiority of the Yucatan Chocolate Coating. It was, and is used by the finest Retail Confectioners from coast to coast. 20 years ago it took first place in a chocolate survey of both domestic and imported dark chocolate coatings.

Best Dark Chocolate

I tested this side by side with the best chocolates in the world. It was the best for sure. I learned about this chocolate from Gourmet magazine when it won the taste test they had. The runners up were Valrhona , Lindt and Calibo so if you have tried any of them and liked them, try the Yucatan.
