My wife encouraged me to buy this as an incentive to keep baking (the family likes my goodies). I was interested because of its weight and the quality of the coating.
I read that someone had had sticking problems so I sprayed with natural canola and prayed.
Long story short, I got what I paid for! Those cupcakes were PERFECT! Not simply in flavor. What impresses you is the perfect coloration and texture of the product as they tumble out of the pan onto your waiting . . . well, you decide. My ONLY grip? I could have bought a castle cake pan, too, but I was afraid of sticking. Waaa
