Dough scraper sveico

This is the absolute best dough scraper on the market. I have been making homemade bread and biscuits for 30 years. All the others are to stiff, thick, and
rigid. This one is perfect. Its the right size and flexibility is just right. I usually fine tune a new one by taking a whet rock and remove any burrs off the edge and corners. No other dough scraper comes close to this one. It is absolutely perfect.
