Total waste of money. Only sift small amounts at a time and stops working after two sifting.

I can still Bake!

I have had a battery operated sift for several years now and am about to replace it with a new one. It does seem to get slower as it ages but it does the job and thats what counts! I have debilitating arthritis and other immune problems that make using a regular sifter all but impossible. I would be lost without my battery operated sifter!

Sifts only very small amounts

The sifter is fine-for about 1tablespoon of anything. It is really rather large, but if you put even a 1/2 cup of anything in there, the motor quits and it jams all up. I hate it! So mad too, because I thought it would be wonderful, but it isn't. Go buy a big strainer with small holes-cheaper and works better.

great battery powered flour sifter

I love to make fancy iced cakes and pastry but a combination of arthritis and carpel tunnel had made sifting quantities of flour and sugar very painful. This battery sifter is FABULOUS! It can't do really large quantitites so I do a few small batches - but it is wondeful.

baking made easier

I do not know how I lived without it. It make baking much faster and it save your hand and arm strength,especially when you have a lot of baking to do.
