I couldn't believe how much better the cookies baked using this rolling pin w/rings. No more dark edges on ones that were 'slightly' thinnner than others. It took a little getting used to rolling, but the roller was just the right size for my dough and really made a difference.

I love these rings for rolling out sugar cookies and pie crusts. The dough thickness is always very exact, which is what I needed help with. I use them every time I'm rolling dough!

These work for me. My straight rolling pin (no handles) is 19 inches long. A cloth cover goes in the middle and these go on the ends. The key is to use a rolling pin that is long enough. That leaves plenty of room between the rings so you don't run the rings into the dough. I just did a crust for an 11-inch tart pan and it was perfectly even. I have been rolling out pie crusts for 40 years and can make them pretty even, but these just make it easier.

The rolling pin rings didn't work for me. I'm a professional baker. I thought these might give me a more exact product....too much mess.
