This substantial spatula is just what you need for transferring those extra-large cookies from baking sheet to a cooling rack. Also it’s easy to transfer more that one cookie at a time! Made of stainless steel, the 6-3/8” wide, flexible blade has a beveled edge that slides effortlessly beneath freshly baked cookies. This is a very nice spatula. Very durable. I loved the design which enables you to move cookies easily without breaking larger or more detailed cookies.
