Over the Counter Wooden Pastry Board

Always make your pie crusts the right size. Perfect pastry recipe and dimensions are marked directly into the surface of this high quality pastry board. Marked for small tarts, 8-inch, 9-inch and 10-inch pies with ruled edges on sides, top and bottom for square or rectangular doughs. Measurements are indicated in both English and metric units. Reversible side of board is plain for other projects. Unique board has 1-inch rails on both sides that overhang the counter’s edge and hold board in place rolling or kneading doughs. Flat grain natural honey-colored wood with oil finish, 24” x 18” x 3/4” thick.
