Old Fashioned Pralines
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Cook the sugar and water together to 240° F. Remove from the heat and beat until creamy, then add vanilla and pecans. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet in round wafers.
