Create mini wedding cake and bridal gown cookies for showers and bridal receptions. Cut out cookies, bake, cool, and frost with buttercream icing. Allow icing to crust. Place matching shaped mat on top. Roll over mat once with a pastry roller or small rolling pin and lift. Use these elegant mats with fondant too!
