The Maslin pan is an ideal shape for cooking jellies and jams - it has a heavy bottom and wide, sloping sides. Less scorching occurs during the cooking process with more evaporation taking place. Made of 18/10 stainless steel with a 5-ply material, and 2-helper handle along with lid. The bottom of pan is 9” in dia., and top is 12” dia. and 6-1/2” deep.
