Liquid Antifoam

Liquid, food grade antifoam to help prevent excessive foaming while cooking. Especially good when cooking jams and jellies. Replaces oils and butter that can become rancid. Food grade silicone emulsion- 10%. Use 5 drops per 10 lb. batch. Eye dropper included. 2 oz. bottle.
