The product of these jumbo muffin pans is dynamite. I recently bought a second pan because I was tired of taking all day to produce a couple dozen muffins/cupcakes. These are the ideal size to cut out a cavity down through the top of the pastry and fill with lemon curd, or raspberry cream or whatever before frosting/glazing and serving. Great product although the liner papers are a bit pricy...
