After learning about Hi Ratio shortening from a youtube "how to" video, I went to Amazon and purchased the KK brand. So very glad I did! I can't even believe the difference from grocer shortening to this hi ratio. My buttercream was so very creamy and smooth and I was thrilled! I will not use anything else and I do recommend it to my family and friends.

I used this product this weekend and i was very pleased with it. My frosting was very good and i simply loved the consistancy of it. I only wish I could buy it in a larger quantity.
