Best Bread we have Found

My husband has been through many breads for the past 30 years, trying to find one that tasted good and could be used for sandwiches. This one is great. It has an interesting flavor and it toasts beautifully. I am now using it in my bread machine, but I made many loaves by hand and they were great as well. The machine is just a bit faster. It makes a great peanut butter and jam sandwich.
