Girouette Chocolate Curler
Decorate any cake like a pro! The Girouette is very easy to use. The set includes a wooden base, a sturdy shaft and grating knife, a chocolate mold with a centering arm and a plastic dome to keep chocolate fresh. Use the mold to set chocolate and create beautiful chocolate curls. Use for cheese too!

This is a great little appliance and makes beautiful chocolate ruffles for cake tops. I haven't yet tried making my own chocolate rounds for ruffling but will in time. In the meantime I do wish you would carry the chocolate Swiss Roulettes to fit the ruffler. It would be great to be able to buy it all together in a one stop order.
