Gelatin, Sheet (20 Sheets)
It's the preferred form of gelatin by many chefs. The sheet form of gelatin is translucent, making it ideal for use as window panes in gingerbread houses and gum paste work. Package contains 20 sheets 2-1/4" x 9". Grade: Gold 190-220g. 4 sheets of gelatin equals approximately 1 pkg. of powdered gelatin.
