Flowers are a universal cake decoration. Most icing flowers are formed atop special nails; different shapes and sizes of nails being used depending on the flower type. Standard nails are numbered 1 through 9. Imported, plated metal nails. (shown in order, #7 nail, 1st nail on bottom row, left to right).
