When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship all orders in their entirety within 48 business hours of our receipt of the order. In the unfortunate event that we are temporarily out of an item your entire order will be placed on backorder. Your complete order will be shipped to you as soon as all items are available. We reserve the right to cancel an item from your order. Should we cancel an item from your order your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I find the specific item I am looking for?
You can either use our category menu options located in the top and left navigation areas or you can type a keyword or Kitchen Krafts item number in the search box located in the upper right corner of our website. If you still cannot locate a specific item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-298-5389.
I have forgotten my password. How can I find out what it is?
On the sign-in page of our website you may click on the words "Forgot your password?" and be taken to a page to establish a new password for your account.
Do you have a store in my area?
Our warehouse is located in Waterville, Iowa situated in northeast Iowa. The public is welcome to come and browse Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. If you are in the area, give us a call at 800-298-5389 for directions. We have no other retail outlets.
I placed an order a few days ago, how do I find out when it will arrive?
If a valid email address was supplied when your order was placed, you would have received an email notification when your order shipped. That email contains a tracking number for orders shipped via Federal Express, UPS or Priority Mail. If no tracking number was provided, your order was shipped via the USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 12 mailing days from the ship date. International orders can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are figured at the time of order placement and your order total will reflect the shipping costs for your order. Shipping charges on international orders and large actual freight orders will be calculated after you place your order and these costs will be provided to you for your acceptance via an email notification.
How can I add or remove an item to/from an order, I just placed online?
We can still make adjustments if your order has not been processed through the warehouse. Contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call 1-800-298-5389 to determine if a change can be made.
How do I redeem my gift card or coupon?
Gift Cards may be redeemed by telephone, fax, or mail. For online purchases, please enter your gift card number in the message field during check out. A customer service representative will apply the redeemable amount to your order or contact you for more information. To redeem your coupon, please type the promotion code indicated on your coupon in the Offers box located on your Shopping Cart. You must then click the Apply button to ensure your totals are updated appropriately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Kitchen Krafts accepts the following major credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay by check or money order. We do not ship orders C.O.D. or have the capability to accept check by phone payments.
