Even Bake Strips Set

Not just for use on cakes - use them when you bake brownies, bars or even casseroles. Helps prevent over-cooking and drying out around the edges of the pan! Bake perfectly level, moist cakes. Avoid high-rise centers, cracked tops, or crusty edges. Strips fasten with pins. CS0260, Small Set contains: 2-30" bands enough for two 8" or 9" pans. CS0262, Large Set contains: 4 bands (36", 43", 49" and 56" long), enough for one of each of the following: 10",12",14" and 16" round pans.

Work great if used correctly

I was a little skeptical at first about whether or not this would work. I figured I had nothing to lose with a great price like that. My cakes turned out perfectly even! I stacked a 6-inch round without having to make a single cut. It was amazing -- so easy, and no wasted cake! The only thing that called for leveling with the next tier was an overestimation of cake batter -- oops.
