Deluxe Stainless Steel Cake Lifter

Easily transfer cake layers for stacking with this 10� stainless steel lifter. The beveled edge slips easily under cakes or delicate pastries and a uniquely angled handle design helps you to move cake layers in one easy lift. For the cake decorator, the lifter can also be used to turn cakes while icing. The lifter measures 10" in diameter and can also be used to remove hot pizza from the oven.

This is a must have item if you make cheesecakes. Since I started using the Cake Lifter I've had much success removing my cheesecakes from the bottom of the springform pans.
