This little gadget is totally kick-butt! You can do more than just write with icing (although that's a great feature too), you can make your flowers and such without worrying about the icing getting to warm from the heat of your hands as you work! You can do flowers, lacework, etc... I do a lot of cake decorating and my hands tend to get tired after a bit but with this gadget I can do so much more before I need to take a break! It's an awesome little tool!
