You’ll be able to mold lollipops, fancy dipped-center candies and serve dipped desserts like fruit and cookies, or snacks like chocolate-dipped pretzels. Use for ganache glaze for cakes and chocolate sauce for ice cream. Removable non-stick melting pot easy-pour spout holds 2-1/2 cups of melted chocolate. This little pot makes chocolate melting and dipping SO easy. From the cheapest store bought mini-chips to the most expansive high quality chocolate blocks, it does it all. I've never had a more simple and fun candy making experience! If you make lots of chocolates or dipped-chocolate treats, you can't afford to work without one of these.

I have two of these so that I can work with dark and white chocolate at the same time. It takes a little while to melt the chocolate, but the warm setting keeps it the perfect temperature to work with.
