This is the most delicious fondant I've ever tasted. I covered wedding cake cutout cookies. At first it was tricky because it's more delicate than other fondants (because of the white chocolate). And by delicate I mean softer, but dusting it with a large brush with cornstarch solved the problem. Also doesn't crust over like Satin Ice. I love this and can't wait to use it again.

This fondant tasted like tootsie rolls, it was very easy to work with and lasted forever in the freezer. Awesome product!
