Sweet and luscious - you'll love it on all sorts of sandwiches from burgers and brats to bologna and cheese!

• 10 cups chopped zucchini
• 4 cups chopped onion
• 5 tbsp. salt

Add:

• 2 1/4 cups dark vinegar
• 6 cups sugar
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 tsp. tumeric
• 1 tsp. celery salt
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Simmer 30 minutes and put in jars.

Seal and process 5-10 minutes in waterbath.
