Use filling in turnovers, tarts, or between layers of a cake. You may substitute sugar for Humi Sweet to yield a sweeter filling.

10 oz. pkg. frozen red raspberries, syrup pack
1 Tbsp. Instant ClearJel�
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup Humi Sweet Corn Syrup Powder
1/3 cup cold water

Thaw raspberries. Drain and save juice/syrup from berries. Dry blend Instant ClearJel�, sugar, and Humi Sweet. Combine juice/syrup with cold water in small bowl (optionally in blender). Slowly add dry blended ingredients to liquid while whisking or stirring vigorously. Whisk until smooth. Fold in drained berries.
