This caramel is wonderful - great tasting, easy to work with. Softens easily for shaping and stiffens to perfection for caramel bon-bons or turtles.
The only drawback is: it is so delicious, it is difficult not to eat it right from the package and keep it long enough to make something with it!

OMG! Wanted to make caramel apples for my daughter's bridal shower. I ordered 2 lbs of this caramel and it is HEAVENLY! They were such a big hit. And this is soooo much easier than opening all those squares! This is creamy, smooth and VERY tasty. I will definitely be ordering more when I make my Christmas turtles!!!
