Cappuccino Mousse Mix
Create fillings with delicious cappuccino flavor for cakes, tarts, pastries, and tortes! Freeze-stable cream mousse is easy to make! Follow recipe and add water to the mousse powder and mix. Whip heavy cream separately, and add 2/3 cup of the whipped cream to the mousse and mix. Fold this mixture into the remaining 1 cup of whipped cream. Use the mousse immediately for your desserts and pastries. Mix creates approximately 1-3/4 cups of mousse. Recipe on label. Cappuccino Mousse Recipe
Mix mousse and water together. Whip
cream and add 2/3 cup to mousse mixture, mix well. Then fold mousse mixture into
1 cup whipped cream. Use for pastries and desserts. Yield: approx. 1-3/4 cups.
