Our daughter used Cala Lilies for her wedding Oct. 25th, 2009. I am so GLAD that I purchased these molds to make the cream cheese and butter mints! What a wonderful addition to the 2 receptions we hosted (one at the wedding out of state and one a month later near our home) We found that we could put a small roll of colored mint dough to make them look even more real. We used yellow centers for the lemon flavor and used green centers for the coconut flavored mints. They are a little deeper than our leaf molds so it takes a little more dough to get more cala lilies formed...but it is way worth it! I am so blessed to have found these molds online! They complimented the cala lilies that I made out of fondant for the cake decorations on the same table!
