My daughter made this sandwich cake with a peanut butter mallow filling and a strawberry preserve filling. She topped it off with fondant lettering for the special occasion. When the receipient and his guests looked at it they all thought it really was made from bread. They were surprised that it was cake. A most delicious surprise!
