Buttercreme Icing

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 Tbsp. milk
4 cups Super-Smooth Icing Sugar

Cream butter, shortening and vanilla until mixed well. Slowly add powdered sugar. Mix until well blended and smooth. Gradually add milk to reach desired consistency for intended use.

Yield: Enough to cover one 9"x13" sheet or two 9" round layers.
