We have a family recipe for "Dream Cookies" made with butter, flour, sugar and coconut. It needs Baker's Ammonia to rise properly. The Internet says you can use 4 times the amount of baking powder, but that makes the cookie taste awful (and it doesn't puff up). Thanks to Kitchen Krafts for having this item available!! Oh, and it is great for the cream puff shells too!
